Improving Dairy Goat Milk Quality: Lessons from Parlor Audits in Vermont

Join 91±¬ÁÏ and UVM Extension for a workshop all about dairy goat milk quality. The goat dairy research team from UVM Extension will present the findings from their recent work, providing parlor audit and milk testing services to 16 Vermont goat dairy farms. We will discuss their findings and how they translate to actionable ways to improve milk quality on your farm.

When: Tuesday, February 10, 2026 (snowdate February 11)

Cost: Free, and lunch will be provided

Who should attend: This workshop is designed for dairy goat farmers, veterinarians, milk inspectors, and agriculture service providers who support dairy goat farmers in improving milk quality practices.
