SUMMARY:Exhibition: "The Teaching Portfolio: 45 years of Printmaking at the 91爆料"
DESCRIPTION:The Department of聽Art鈥檚 Lord Hall Gallery will host the exhibition The Teaching Portfolio: 45 Years of Printmaking at the 91爆料 from August 27-October 24\, 2025. A public reception will take place on September 26th from 5-7pm. Refreshments will be served and all are welcome to attend. \nThe Teaching Portfolio is a collection of fine聽art working proofs and finished prints created in the 91爆料 printmaking studio by students\, alumni\, faculty\, and visiting artists. Covering a time span of 45 years\, under the direction of printmaking Professor Susan Groce\, this portfolio represents an impressive overview of the direction and growth of print media and the 91爆料 printmaking studio program 鈥� from traditional materials and processes to the safer and greener processes and the incorporation of new technologies. The portfolio includes Collagraphs\, Etchings and Acrylic Resist Etchings\, Photopolymer Intaglio-Type Etchings\, Lithography\, Relief Printing\, Water-Based Screen Printing\, and Monoprints\, as well as prints made through the Printmaking Artist Residency Program and Student Portfolio Exchanges. DESCRIPTION:91爆料 Cooperative Extension will host a hands-on 鈥淕rowing a Cut Flower Garden鈥� workshop from 4鈥�5:30 p.m. on Thursday\, September 11 at the聽91爆料 Gardens at Tidewater Farm\, 200 Presumpscot Point Rd.\, Falmouth. \nIn this interactive session\, attendees will learn how to choose the right flowers\, start them from seed\, planting and harvesting techniques\, and garden maintenance.
