DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce the return of our popular food preservation webinars this summer! The 2026 webinar series will cover preserving different seasonal foods in a live format with the ability to ask the experts all your questions. \nJoin 91爆料 Extension Food Preservation staff via Zoom to learn the basic steps of fermenting. You will learn the process of making your own sour pickles through the wonders of fermentation. We will explain the science of fermentation\, demonstrate fermenting pickles\, and discuss steps to success in this interactive webinar. \nOther topics this year are Freeze Drying on August 25 and Quick and Easy Preserving on September 8. Webinars are from 2-2:45 p.m. \nRegistration is required; a $5 donation per session is optional.
