Purpose<\/b><\/p>\n

The primary purpose of this position is summer camp counselor at the New Balance Student Recreation Center. This employee\u2019s primary responsibility is to oversee the safety and programming for campers ages 5-12 for 10 weeks of summer camp. Additionally, he or she will facilitate games and activities to enhance the camp experience for each participant. He or she will provide excellent customer service and always be attentive to campers\u2019 needs. The person holding this position is responsible for facilitating a fun, safe and welcoming environment for participants and staff members at all times. Before employment begins they are required to achieve certifications in CPR, First Aid and AED for Child and Adults as well as pass a State Background Check.<\/span><\/p>\n
