Students then have an opportunity to demonstrate their leadership capabilities at the regional CLC tournament.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">CLC helps students in several core areas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Develop Leadership Skills:<\/strong> Become a better leader, follower and team member. According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers, leadership, ability to work in a team, communication skills, and problem-solving skills are the top four attributes that organizations are seeking in college graduates. CLC\u2019s curriculum was designed with participants in mind, and ensures that you are learning skills that will help set you apart professionally.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Build Your Resume:<\/strong> Participate in an experience that will help you better communicate the value you bring to an employer. CLC will help you stand out professionally by advancing your leadership skills and adding a valuable experience to your resume.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Grow Your Network:<\/strong> Connect with a community of students, coaches, and corporate and community leaders on campus and in your region.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Have Fun While Learning:<\/strong> The CLC curriculum is active, experiential and designed to build skill.
