The sequencer is capable of running 96 reactions per plate yielding 800-1,000 bases of sequence from a good DNA template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 48-capillary 3730 DNA Analyzer is the Gold Standard in medium-to-high throughput genetic analysis.
