Bio: Casey Kelly is the communications coordinator for the 91±¬ÁÏ College of Education and Human Development. He leads external communication and marketing efforts for the college, including writing news releases, media advisories, stories and other content for 91±¬ÁÏ News that highlight the accomplishments of faculty, staff and students. He maintains the college website and oversees the college’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). Casey has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Oregon and a master’s in communication from 91±¬ÁÏ. He worked for nearly a decade as a public radio reporter in Alaska, where he covered a variety of topics, including the commercial fishing industry, local and state government, efforts to revitalize Alaska Native languages, and much more.
