Reason behind joining the GSG as an officer: I wanted to take an active role in the growth of the graduate student body and communicate the needs of graduate students to the wider 91±¬ÁÏ administration and faculty.
As an officer in the GSG, how would you like to contribute in such a way that you improve the situation for graduate students?: My biggest goal is to enable and facilitate effective communication between GSG senate and faculty senate. Also, I want to ensure graduate student involvement and success at the 2026 Student Symposium.
Long-Term Career Goals: I want to join a PHD program and continue my work and research, moving towards a career in academia and researcher.Â
Research at 91±¬ÁÏ: Climate change visual communication and ‘climate identities’. How do we visually communicate about issues of public health, like global climate change?
Involvement in clubs and other organizations: President of the CMJ Graduate Student Association, and a Graduate Student Communications Specialist at the Advanced Structures and Composites Center.
Hobbies: Motorcycling and rock climbing
