Why did you decide to become a GSG senator?:Â I decided to become a senator in order to help out my department and other graduate students in their research and educational goals.
How would you best serve your constituents?:Â I would serve by attending all senate meeting and joining senate committees that help out students on our campus.
Please tell us about your research or some fun facts about you:Â I am studying the innate immune response in zebrafish to Candida albicans infection. For a fun fact, my parents are from Trinidad and Tobago and I love playing soccer.
How do you plan on communicating with your constituents?:Â I plan to communicate with my constituents during my numerous interactions with them whether during senate meetings, daily interactions with members or at events put together by the GSG.
