Whether you’re a student completing an internship, or a transfer student new to the 91±¬ÁÏ, our Intern Housing offers flexible, affordable accommodations.

Spend your summer with us in the Doris Twitchell Allen Village’s furnished suites. These apartments house 5-6 guests per suite in double occupancy bedrooms. 

Included in your weekly rent

  • Bedrooms with extra-long twin bed, dresser, desk, and chair 
  • Kitchen: Microwave, stove cooktop, and refrigerator/freezer
  • Secure access with keycard
  • Shared bathroom
  • Common Area: Living room furniture, kitchen table, and chairs
  • Utilities: All Included plus free laundry and Wi-Fi
  • Single Rooms: Available for students with documented medical accommodation needs.

Housing rates

Rates are charged weekly and based on your reservation. Full payment details included in housing contract.

  • Single Room: $175 per week ($25/day)
  • Double Room (shared with one roommate): $154 per week ($22/day)
  • Double Single Room: $224 per week ($32/day)
  • Minimum Length of Stay: 7 calendar days
  • Maximum Length of Stay: 12 weeks

Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • Show a valid government-issued ID (if requested)
  • Show proof of internship or department working for
