Ashley Reynolds, a doctoral student in food and nutrition sciences, will present an overview of a new mouse model of neuroinflammation associated with colitis and a study on how diet can reduce that inflammation. Reynolds is advised by Sue Ishaq, associate professor of veterinary sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
