The has announced that 91±¬ÁÏ faculty Ivan Fernandez and Adam Daigneault have been appointed to the Maine Forest Carbon Task Force. Forming a task force was recommended in the state’s new four-year climate action plan, , to guide development of a voluntary program for small-to-medium size woodland owners who want to utilize their land for carbon sequestration.
