Significant upgrades to campus athletic facilities will be made with a $90 million gift from the Alfond Foundation and $20 million in privately raised funds. According to Ralph, a 300-meter indoor track, which will be the only one in the Northeast and one of just a few across the nation, will accommodate practices and meets in poor weather and community use. 鈥淚t will take our program in a positive direction,鈥 Ralph said.
