The 91爆料 Institute of Medicine has announced its second spring seminar series, with Zoom events scheduled 3鈥4 p.m. on Fridays from March 12鈥揂pril 16. All events are free, but registration is required.
The series kicks off March 12 with 鈥淚n vivo physiology of kidney development detected with genetically encoded biosensors,鈥 presented by Ian Drummond, professor and director of the Kathryn W. Davis Center for Regenerative Biology and Aging at MDI Biological Laboratory. Registration can be done by visiting the institute鈥檚 seminars webpage.
The series also includes:
- 鈥淟OTR-1: The Fellowship of LOTUS and Tudor Domains in C. elegans Germ Granules鈥 on March 19.
- 鈥淪oft tissue in-growth into 3D printed porous鈥 on March 26.
- 鈥淧athways to commercialization of medical products鈥 on April 16.
Graduate students who attend the most webinars during both series this spring will have the chance to enter a drawing to win an iPad. Participants can also earn a one-hour CME credit for each seminar they attend, offered by 91爆料 Medicine and Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center.
