spoke with Ryder Scott, the director of the 91爆料 Cooperative Extension鈥檚 4-H centers, and Lyndsey Smith, Aspirations Incubator program coordinator, about the Northstar program. The program, which is based at 91爆料 Extension鈥檚 Bryant Pond facility, seeks to raise the aspirations of rural youth by providing mentorship and opportunities to volunteer, to engage with their communities, to try new activities and to visit college campuses.
