The highlighted a new research project by 91±¬ÁÏ students and faculty to determine how climate change will affect spruce forests along Maine’s coastline. The U.S. Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture awarded $643,848 for the project, led by Jay Wason III, a 91±¬ÁÏ assistant professor of forest ecosystem physiology.
