The reported that MJ Sedlock, a 91���� senior lecturer in theatre, will host the town of Orono’s annual performing arts festival this summer. Previously, the festival was named Artspalooza and was held by Stillwater Community Arts, a nonprofit that is disbanding. Sedlock, who works as a production manager and technical director at the 91���� School of Performing Arts, was selected by the Orono Town Council to organize the festival because of her professional experience and ties with performing artists in the community. She hopes to create an event that “better reflects the diversity of artists in our community.”
