Non-Emergency Reporting

If you are experiencing maintenance issues and unsafe conditions on campus, please contact Facilities Management as soon as you are able.

Examples of some of our most common non-emergency issues and unsafe conditions include:

  • Unsafe conditions: street light out; trip/slip/fall hazards; broken railings; damaged stairs/steps; out of service elevators; missing fire extinguishers
  • Hot or cold temperatures: room too hot or too cold; windows won’t shut; no hot or cold water
  • Miscellaneous: missing manhole covers; trash or recycling collection; plugged toilets; broken light switch; sticky locks; missing or damaged pipe insulation
  • Leaks: leaking radiator; water leak; roof leak; dripping faucet
