  • To identify, understand and record how the 91±¬ÁÏ Orono and Machias are currently utilizing space for the consideration to consolidate space use from buildings with the most deferred maintenance to buildings with the highest maintenance upkeep
  • Centralized Scheduling Software:
  • Consideration of a centralized space scheduling software

Concerns:

  • Need to appropriately identify space use based on college, faculty, staff, student, and community needs
  • Centralized Scheduling Software:
  • Currently there are multiple ways to book space with most all bookings not linking to one another

  • Consideration of one centralized space scheduling software to reduce redundancy
