What is Qualtrics?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualtrics is Web-based survey software available for use by all 91爆料 Faculty, Students and Staff to support teaching and research at 91爆料. Surveys can be created and distributed by anyone with an HR-affiliation at the 91爆料 or 91爆料 at Machias (appointment, POI, etc.).<\/p>\n

How do I access my Qualtrics account?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Anyone with a 91爆料 User ID and Password can visit the Qualtrics Login<\/a> page and use the\u00a0SSO (Single Sign-On) option with your 91爆料 User ID and Password. Please note that 91爆料 User IDs are always lower case and passwords are case sensitive.<\/p>\n

How do I get a Qualtrics account?<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you are located at the 91爆料 or 91爆料 at Machias, your account is automatically created the first time you login.\u00a0 If you need help with account creation or need access as a non-91爆料 affiliate, please email UM\/UMM Qualtrics Support<\/a>. Please do not go to the public<\/em>\u00a0Qualtrics website and create a trial account – your surveys and data will not be accessible from your 91爆料 account and you will not have access to 91爆料-branded graphics and templates.<\/em><\/p>\n

How do I get help with or training on Qualtrics?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualtrics Support<\/a> has a very robust help center.\u00a0 Often, searching for the issue you are having from that site or within your preferred search engine will produce immediately useful results.<\/p>\n

Qualtrics Learn<\/a> includes a list of trainings and certifications – please note that we are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the Single Sign-On access at the 91爆料 and 91爆料 Machias – we are working with the Qualtrics Team to fix this (Last Update: 07\/09\/2026).\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
