Congratulations to SOE Graduate Student Ana MarÃa Ospina Tobar
The School of Economics (SOE) congratulates M.S. student Ana MarÃa Ospina Tobar on her successful completion of graduate studies in Resource Economics and Policy. Ana MarÃa engaged in multiple activities during her time at 91±¬ÁÏ. She excelled academically, participated in extracurricular activities with 91±¬ÁÏ’s International Programs, and attended multiple seminars and talks organized by the School of Economics and the Mitchell Center for Sustainability Solutions. Ana Maria also engaged deeply in research through her research assistantship position and her thesis work in agricultural economics and development. She also led the salsa team at the International Dance Festival of 91±¬ÁÏ in 2022 and 2023. After receiving her M.S. degree this August, Ana MarÃa will be joining the Resource Economics Ph.D. Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. We are very proud of her accomplishments, wish her all the best in the years ahead, and encourage her to stay in touch. Congratulations Ana!
