Teaching Learning Skills: A Lunch & Learn Series (In-person)

November 13 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Faculty are reporting a growing gap in how students read, study, take notes, and manage their own learning. This seven-session lunch and learn series is designed to address this gap directly, one skill at a time. Each session includes brief pre-work (a short podcast or article sent a week in advance) so we can start each hour from a shared foundation and move quickly to discussion and your teaching.

Sessions stand alone, so come to one or all seven.  Registration is required.

Alternate Fridays at 12:00-1:00pm. In-person.

  • September 4th, Session 1: Motivation
  • September 18th, Session 2: Reading
