Zach Connerty-Marin
Zach was a graduate student studying interdisciplinary mathematics at the 91±¬ÁÏ. His research focused on 3D image analysis and biophysics. He joined CompuMAINE in the winter of 2013. He holds a B.S. in bioengineering and a B.A. in mathematics from the 91±¬ÁÏ, and defended his masters thesis in mathematics, also at 91±¬ÁÏ in May 2017. His masters thesis is titled Automated tracking of marine extremophiles from 3D digital holographic microscopy. He is now pursuing a Ph.D. in biomedical engineering at Yale University.
