Welcome to the ECE Graduate Club
We are a community created by and for graduate students in the ECE department. Our mission is simple: to foster connection, camaraderie, and collaboration beyond the lab and classroom.
Graduate school can sometimes feel isolating, with many of us only interacting within our immediate research groups. This club provides a relaxed and welcoming space where ECE students can expand their social circles, share experiences, and support one another. Whether it’s casual conversations, collaborative brainstorming, or just taking a breather from the grind, we’re here to make graduate life a little more connected.
The idea for the club first took shape in Fall 2023, born from a shared desire to strengthen community within our growing department. By Spring 2024, the Graduate Student Government officially recognized us, and we hit the ground running with gatherings that brought students together and sparked lasting connections.
Today, we continue to build on that momentum offering events, meetups, and opportunities to connect that are as laid-back as they are meaningful.
