What is Qualtrics?

Qualtrics is Web-based survey software available for use by all 91±¬ÁÏ Faculty, Students and Staff to support teaching and research at 91±¬ÁÏ. Surveys can be created and distributed by anyone with an HR-affiliation at the 91±¬ÁÏ or 91±¬ÁÏ at Machias (appointment, POI, etc.).

How do I access my Qualtrics account?

Anyone with a 91±¬ÁÏ User ID and Password can visit the Qualtrics Login page and use theÌýSSO (Single Sign-On) option with your 91±¬ÁÏ User ID and Password. Please note that 91±¬ÁÏ User IDs are always lower case and passwords are case sensitive.

How do I get a Qualtrics account?

If you are located at the 91±¬ÁÏ or 91±¬ÁÏ at Machias, your account is automatically created the first time you login.Ìý If you need help with account creation or need access as a non-91±¬ÁÏ affiliate, please email UM/UMM Qualtrics Support. Please do not go to the publicÌýQualtrics website and create a trial account – your surveys and data will not be accessible from your 91±¬ÁÏ account and you will not have access to 91±¬ÁÏ-branded graphics and templates.

What if I have questions about Qualtrics?

Qualtrics will respond to support telephone calls or e-mail contacts based on the order they are received and relative importance as reasonably determined by Qualtrics. Phone or e-mail assistance from Qualtrics is available during their normal business hours, 7:00am – 7:00pm Mountain Time on weekdays (Monday – Friday), except holidays. Limited e-mail support is available after hours and weekends.
