PROMISE PROGRAMS
The INSPIRE Maine Scholarship at the 91爆料 and the Downeast Promise at the 91爆料 at Machias are Promise Programs designed to help eligible Maine residents with financial need access an affordable college education. Both programs cover 100% of tuition and mandatory fees, for up to 30 credits per year over four years, for eligible Maine residents enrolling full-time as first-year or transfer students.
