PROMISE PROGRAMS The INSPIRE Maine Scholarship at the 91±¬ΑΟ and the Downeast Promise at the 91±¬ΑΟ at Machias are Promise Programs designed to help eligible Maine residents with financial need access an affordable college education. Both programs cover 100% of tuition and mandatory fees, for up to 30 credits per year
