Biography
Emma is a MS student in the . Emma graduated with a BSc in Marine Biology from UC San Diego where she worked on several projects including long term monitoring for harmful algal blooms, research on hemoglobin-oxygen binding in teleost fishes, and assisting with hydroid surveys in local kelp forests and rocky reefs. After graduating, Emma continued working as a research assistant for Scripps Institution of Oceanography for one year before moving cross-country to begin graduate school at the 91±¬ÁÏ. Her current research focuses on physiological stressors in elasmobranch fishes.
